Our current project is “The Bend Estates” 14 acres, partly developed and sold, and 11 acres remaining on Two Rod Rd. in Alden NY where Marzec Homes is developing and selling 11 single family residential on ~1 acre lots including a model home / sales office on 1 lot. “The Bend Estates” offers 1 acre lots, enjoy a private backyard backing up to wooded areas with 100 ft of frontage on Two Rod Rd.  Life IS better on an acre!
